E-mail – Electronic mail is abbreviated as e mail in today’s world. It is a text message from one person to other person or more than one person to communicate about a certain ideas. It is in the form of text messages that may be includes files, images, or any other attachment related to a specific group or a company. The first email comes in existence in 1971 by Ray Tomlinson.

Now , hundreds of email comes regularly to a mail and it is difficult to handle this so I am giving u some tips to clean up ur inbox for unwanted emails.

1)   Setup labels and filters – setup a label of importance of each type of mail as your need , move unnecessary and necessary emails to their own folder, select and set proiority to certain mails.

2)   Don’t be afraid to delete an e-mail – After reading a email if that email is not necessary for future use then don’t be afraid to delete it.

3)   Keep everything simple – Don’t create so many folders that is too hard to handle. Just create important folder and keep watching it regularly. Use automatic tools for better management

4)   Always replies in short words -   Just do a reply in such a form that the sender is satisfied with your answer , too long email creates a bad impact on sender .Just try to make your reply within three paragraphs.

5)   Don’t try to use your email as a calendar or To do list – Often it happens with us that we are trying to treat email as a calendar, don’t do this , if want as such use a appropriate another program for this job

6)   Don’t reply to spams – Spams are promotional events and offers used by different company to promote there commodities ,so just ignore them and delete them time to time.

7)   Unsubscribe from daily newsletters – subscribing a notification may be a good thing but when it comes daily then it mast be avoided by u so if any newletter is so important to you them subscribe it as a weekly and monthly basis.
